I have been in the online coaching industry for five years. Before transitioning to online coaching, I worked as a part-time personal trainer for years while pursuing my bachelor's and master’s degree in speech-language pathology. I left the field of speech-language pathology in 2019 after discovering that my true passion lies in helping women transform their bodies and minds through fitness.


I began online coaching part-time in 2019 and transitioned to full-time in 2021, managing 55-65 clients at once. I quickly recognized that such a large roster compromised the quality of service I could provide. That’s why The MARILYNVIRES.FIT coaching program is unique—I focus on a small group of clients at a time to ensure high-quality, personalized support.


Over the years, I have accumulated and maintained the following certifications:

  • CSCS—Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist 
  • SSIC (Strength System International Certification) Level 1 and Level 2 Certified 
  • NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine)—Certified Personal Trainer 
  • Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certified 
  • Girls Gone Strong Prenatal & Postnatal Coaching Certification

  1. Inquiry Form Review: After you fill out a form, it will be reviewed.
  2. Call Booking: If I think you're an initial good fit, you’ll receive a link to book a convenient call time.
  3. Goal Discussion: We’ll discuss your goals during the call and if the program is a good fit.
  4. Payment and Onboarding: If we both feel aligned, payment will be collected, and we’ll schedule your official onboarding call.
  5. Welcome Email: You’ll receive a welcome email, access to the coaching app, and forms to complete.
  6. Onboarding Call: During this call, we’ll collaborate to create a personalized timeline with specific phases mapped out to help you achieve your body composition and fitness goals.
  7. Program Delivery: Within 24 hours after the onboarding call, your personalized program and goals will be crafted and sent to you, along with a video explaining how to track them in the coaching app.


No, it does not equal admission or payment: I firmly believe in the importance of coaching and client synergy. Filling out an inquiry form doesn’t mean you’re automatically committed to the program. We’ll connect first to ensure we vibe and align before moving forward. Comfort and connection are my top priorities.


Yes, you can still book a call, and I encourage it. I believe in the power of coaching and the importance of client synergy.
