Before transitioning to online coaching, I worked as a part-time personal trainer for years while pursuing my bachelor's and master’s degree in speech-language pathology. I left the field of speech-language pathology in 2019 after discovering that my true passion lies in helping women transform their bodies and minds through fitness.
I began online coaching part-time in 2019 and transitioned to full-time in 2021, managing 55-65 clients at once. I quickly recognized that such a large roster compromised the quality of service I could provide.
